Originally titled “The Baggage Handler” this work was first commissioned by the City of Penticton as a temporary art installation in the cities new roundabout. What started as a simple public art project soon became a media frenzy of international proportions. When the smoke finally cleared more than 3 years later it left behind in its wake a tale of epic proportions and a work of art that is both loved by the citizens of Penticton and absolutely loathed by some of the residents living there.

What ensues in these following pages is just a mere slice of the story of “Frank” the Baggage Handler.
